Delivery

  • We deliver across Lagos and nationwide in Nigeria.

  • Delivery Timeline: Lagos: 1–3 business days | Nationwide: 3–7 business days (subject to courier delays).

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened cosmetics, personalized or perishable items, and clearance products.

  • Process: Contact info@aimglowcosmetics.com with order details and reason for return.

  • Refunds: Once returned items are inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Exchanges: If the wrong product is delivered or it is defective, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
